REAL ESTATE:

Prosecution of unlawful detainer actions, lis pendens, expungement, mechanic's lien, stop notice and construction contract and construction defect matters. Extensive experience in advising developers, contractors and architects regarding a wide variety of real estate matters, including preparation of contracts and supporting documents for purchase and sale of business, real property leases, partnership and joint ventures.

BUSINESS LITIGATION:

Representation of clients in actions arising from complex business and real estate transactions, suretyship, commercial law, negotiable instrument law, property management, homeowners association, employment and business torts.

BUSINESS AND PERSONAL TRANSACTIONS:

Representation of clients in various purchase and sale transactions including sales of businesses, real property parcels as well as formation of organic documents for partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, trusts and related planning.
